Pay for Your On-Site Steaming, Storage & Delivery

Use the SSL encrypted form below to pre-pay for your steaming. You do not have to pay for all of the garments you need steamed. For example, you can pay for your wedding dress steaming only, and have your bridesmaids pay for their steamings individually in advance using this same form.

There is a minimum for on-site appointments of 1 wedding dress or $300 in additional items without a wedding dress.

Payment for all items that you are sure need steaming is due no later than the 1st of the month prior to the appointment date. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for October 15th, payment is due September 1st.

    Don't want to carry your dress on the plane? You can ship your wedding dress and any other items you would like steamed to our shop 1-2 weeks before your big day, and we will deliver and steam/press all items at the time of your appointment.

    • There is an additional storage/delivery fee for all items shipped, this is due at the time of booking to reserve your storage/delivery space in our schedule. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover) through our online form. We do not accept checks or cash. Please DO NOT ship accessories such as shoes, undergarments, purses, headpieces, veils, purses, etc. Hangers and garment bags must be shipped with the items.
    • Payment for all items is due no later than the 1st of the month prior to the appointment date. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for October 15th, payment is due September 1st.
    • You must set up your steaming appointment before you ship your garments to make sure we are able to deliver and/or steam them.
    • We recommend shipping your garments no more than 2 weeks before your wedding. Additional storage fees will apply for garments shipped farther in advance.
    • Be sure to use a delivery service that allows you to track and insure your garments. Please DO NOT use USPS.
    • The outside of the box should list the wedding party name and wedding date. For example: Jane Smith/Sam Jones 12/1/2022. Please note that all boxes and packing materials are discarded due to limited storage space.
    • Please enclose a detailed list of all items you are including so we can inventory them when they arrive. This list should also have a contact name, address, and telephone number in case the label on the outside of the box is damaged and unreadable. For example:

    3. Quantities

    Use this section to tell us how many garments you would like to pay to have steamed and stored. Enter the quantity of items in the appropriate box, and your total will automatically be calculated in the Pricing section. Changing the quantity will automatically adjust your total. You may add or subtract items by simply changing the quantity. Enter zero "0" to remove an item.

    Only enter a quantity in the "Storage" section if you are shipping or dropping off garments to our store prior to your steaming appointment. Otherwise, just leave the amount at zero "0".

    A special note about headpieces & veils: If you are having a trial-run hair styling appointment before your wedding, you may not want to ship your headpiece and/or veil to us. Your stylist will most likely need to see these items so he or she can style your hair appropriately. It is always a good idea to check with your stylist before you ship these items.

    Wedding Dress(es):

    Steaming $250/each, Storage $45/each

    Veils, crinolines, & shawls/wraps, etc. are considered additional items. DO NOT include shoes, jewelry, or any other items that cannot be steamed or pressed.

    Additional Wedding/Reception Dress:

    Steaming $200/each, Storage $45/each

    Additional Dresses/Items:

    Steaming $25/each, Storage $15/each

    Bridesmaids, flower girls, mothers dresses, shawls/wraps, veils, crinolines, capes, etc. DO NOT include shoes, jewelry, or any other items that cannot be steamed or pressed.

    Tuxedos/Suits:

    Steaming $30/each, Storage $15/each

    Each suit/tuxedo is considered 1 piece. This includes the jacket, trousers, shirt, vest, & tie only. DO NOT include shoes, jewelry, or any other items that cannot be steamed or pressed.
