Steaming & Delivery

Steaming and Pressing Services

We provide steaming/pressing services for your entire wedding party in our shop or at your hotel room the day before or the day of your wedding, and we can steam/press bridesmaids dresses, veils, tuxedos, and any additional garments.

What makes our service stand out is that all steamings/pressings, whether in our shop or at your hotel, are done by our expert bridal seamstress or professional bridal associate. This means that the person steaming your gown has years of experience and knowledge of fabrics, laces, and their treatment, essential to the proper care of your precious gown.

Garment Delivery 

Don’t want to travel with your dress? Add delivery service on to your steaming request! Then, ship the garments you would like to have steamed to our store ahead of time. We will steam/press the garments in our store, bag, and hand-deliver to your hotel room after you check in. There, we will unbag the garments and touch up if necessary. This will also reduce the amount of time we are in your room on your busy wedding day.

Cleaning &
Preservation with Pickup and Return Shipping

We offer gown cleaning and preservation by the Wedding Gown Preservation Company, one of the most respected names in the industry. They are not simply a dry cleaner; they specialize in the care of bridal and formal gowns so you know your dress is in expert hands.

All Cleaning and Preservation Services include:

  • Gown pick-up from your hotel after the wedding
  • A minimum of $500 worth of insurance
  • UPS shipping back to your doorstep with a signature required on delivery (within the U.S.)

How It Works

Preorder your cleaning/preservation using our online form. Select a package and all your options. If you booked a gown steaming with us, we can bring a form to your steaming appointment.

ORDER CLEANING AND PRESERVATION

Place your completed form or a printout of your online order confirmation inside the garment bag with your gown.

Leave everything at your hotel bell stand with a tag stating “To be picked up by Carolyn Allen’s Bridals.”

Give us a call for pickup! We will go to your hotel bell stand and ask for your bag and package it up for shipping. We ship to Wedding Gown Preservation Company, and they will handle the rest. You will receive your gown in 4 to 12 weeks via UPS. Delivery depends on package selected and how busy things are at WGPC.

We package your items up for shipping to Wedding Gown Preservation Company, who will clean/preserve your gown and any additional included items. You will receive your gown in 4 to 12 weeks via UPS. Delivery times depend on which package you select and how busy things are at WGPC.

Tuxedo Rentals
with On-Site Fitting, Dropoff and Pickup

For more than 20 years, we have provided tuxedos for thousands of Fairy Tale Weddings. We offer a large selection of tuxedos and accessories, from the traditional to the contemporary, and everything in between. If you are traveling to Orlando for your event from out of town, we’ll make it as convenient as possible for you to rent your tux without having to leave your resort by offering:

Order Multiple Tuxes

We’ll travel to your hotel to fit you in your tuxedo after you arrive in town. If any alterations need to be done, we’ll take care of it and redeliver your tux to your hotel bell stand before the event. If you don’t have time for a fitting, or you’re confident that your measurements are accurate, we can deliver your tux straight to your hotel bell stand so it’s ready when you check in.

If you’re in town, we’ll take care of it for you! Just schedule an appointment in advance and we’ll make sure a qualified tailor is available to help.

By 12 Noon the day after your event, leave your tuxedo at the hotel bell stand in the tuxedo bag with all parts and pieces inside, and your ticket showing in the viewing window. We’ll pick it up there, and you can enjoy the rest of your trip!
