Tuxedo Order Form


This form is for multiple tuxedo rental orders that will be billed to the same credit card. Orders that will be paid for with different credit cards must be submitted individually. Click here for the individual tuxedo rental order form.

Using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons will allow you to scroll through the form to review what you have entered at any time. You will not need to re-enter any information if you change pages using these buttons, even if you make changes.

Event Information

Enter your party's information in the "Event Information" section, and click the "Next" button. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

      Orders received less than 2 weeks before your event will incur a $30 rush order fee.
  1. Use the drop-down list to select the number of tuxedo rentals that you wish to submit AND pay for. You may order up to 10 tuxedo rentals at once.
  2. Enter the name of each member of your party.
  3. Select a role from the drop-down list if your event is a wedding. Select "Other" for any other type of event (prom, convention, etc.).
  4. Enter the price of each tuxedo, including all upgrades and optional accessories. The order total and applicable sales tax will be computed in the "Pricing" section, at the bottom of the page.
  5. You may submit style numbers and measurements, just style numbers, or just measurements for each member of your party by clicking the appropriate option next to "I need to enter:". For example:
    • If you have visited our store to select your styles, then you will only need to submit measurements.
    • If you have not visited the store to choose styles, or if you would like to change the styles you selected, then you will need to submit style numbers and measurements. Please include a note in the "Comments" section if you are changing your styles.
    • If your measurements have changed, and we already have your style numbers on file, you would only need to submit the new measurements. Please include a note in the "Comments" section if your sizes have changed.
    • If everyone will be wearing the same outfit, you may include style numbers with one order, and include a note in the "Comments" section to that effect, rather than filling in the same style information for everyone.



Please review your order total then click the "Next" button, to complete the payment information.

Payment Information

Payments may be submitted electronically or mailed in (money orders or cashier's checks). If you are mailing your payment, please be sure to include a printed copy of this form.  We do not accept checks.

A non-refundable 50% down payment per rental is required to reserve the tuxedos. You may also pay in full immediately. Sales tax is due in full with a deposit or payment in full. Please select your payment option before submitting your order:

  • Orders received less than 2 weeks before your event will incur a $30 rush order fee.
  • Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing no later than 15 business days prior to your event.
  • A valid credit card number must be provided to reserve tuxedos.
  • All tuxedos must be fitted at / delivered to the same location.
  • By submitting this form you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed above and that you are responsible for the size, style, color, and other information you have listed on this form.
 Confirmation of your order will be emailed. Please check if you need a copy of your receipt.
