Please contact us for a copy of the designer's size chart, along with a list of special services and pricing before you place your order. Sizing for special occasion dresses is much different than your regular clothing size!

This dress is a:
Extra Length

If you are 5'-8" or taller with shoes, you should consider ordering extra length. Extra length adds 5" to the standard length of the dress, and there is an additional charge for this special service if it is available. Fees are listed on the designer's size chart (be sure to contact us for a size chart before placing your order). Please consider this option very carefully. It is always possible to hem a dress if it is too long. If the dress is too short it is usually not possible to lengthen it.

Standard or Rush Cut

Our bridesmaid dress designers offer a rush cut service on select styles and colors. This service can significantly shorten the regular delivery time of a standard cut to our store. Please allow additional time of we are shipping your dress to you and for alterations! There is an additional charge for this special service, if available, and the appoximate shipping times will be listed on the designer's size chart (be sure to contact us for a size chart before placing your order).

Payments may also be submitted by fax, or by mail (money orders). Please be sure to include a printed copy of your order form if you are mailing or faxing your payment. We cannot take orders over the telephone.

A minimum down payment of 50% of the total price plus all sales tax is required (including shipping fees). The balance is due before we ship the dress to you, before alterations begin (if you are having alterations done by Carolyn Allen's), or on pick-up (if you are not having alterations done by Carolyn Allen's or having your dress shipped). All sales are final and there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on merchandise, services, or down payments.

Please be sure to advise us if there are 2 or more bridesmaids in your wedding party so we can order all of the dresses and shoes from the designer at the same time. This helps to ensure color uniformity; however, we cannot be responsible for dye lot (shading) variations.

Rush shipping applies to dresses and related items (such as shawls and other accessories) from our bridesmaid dress designers only, it does not apply to shoes. If we are shipping your order to you, all items will be shipped together unless seperate shipping is paid.

Alterations are available but are not included in the price of the dress. The entire dress must be paid for in full before we will begin alterations. You will need to bring the shoes & undergarments that will be worn with the dress to all fittings. An additional fee will be charged for any alterations needed due to changes in your shoes, undergarments, or weight.
